1. The service

Listing AI analyzes Amazon product listings and generates creative briefs and listing images using artificial intelligence. Features, pricing, and credit allowances may change while the service is in beta.

2. Accounts & credits

You are responsible for activity on your account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold. We may adjust free-tier allowances at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, prompts, models, or underlying methodology of the service;
• scrape, crawl, or access the service through automated means other than the interfaces we provide;
• circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, or authentication;
• resell or white-label the service without a written agreement;
• use the service to violate Amazon's policies or any law.

4. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, prompt systems, and documentation, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and trade-secret law. You own the images and briefs generated for your products, and you are responsible for ensuring they comply with Amazon's listing policies before use.

5. AI-generated content

Generated content may contain inaccuracies. Review all output before publishing. We make no guarantee of sales performance or marketplace compliance.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@ecomstone.com.
