1. What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in), product information you submit (Amazon URLs, descriptions, uploaded product photos), and the content we generate for you. We also keep standard technical logs (IP, browser) for security.
2. How we use it
To provide the service: analyzing your products and generating listing content. Product data and photos are sent to our AI processors (OpenAI) solely to generate your results — they are not used to train models. We do not sell your data or send marketing on behalf of third parties.
3. Storage
Account data is stored with Supabase; images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Both encrypt data at rest. Uploaded photos and generated images are retained so you can re-download them; contact us to delete them at any time.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time: support@ecomstone.com. Deleting your account removes your analyses, briefs, and generated images.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (authentication session). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
